These terms and conditions constitute a binding legal agreement. By booking or receiving our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, or receiving IV therapy services from Ivy Infusions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Service Description
Ivy Infusions provides intravenous (IV) hydration therapy and nutrient infusion services in South Florida. Our services include:
- IV hydration therapy with normal saline and electrolytes
- Vitamin and nutrient infusions including but not limited to B-complex, B12, Vitamin C, and NAD+
- Amino acid supplementation
- Antioxidant therapy including glutathione
- Mobile and in-clinic IV therapy administration
All services are provided under the supervision of licensed medical professionals in accordance with Florida state law and regulations.
3. Medical Disclaimers and Limitations
3.1 Not Medical Treatment
Our services are wellness-focused and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. IV therapy services are supplemental and should not replace regular medical care or treatment by qualified healthcare providers.
3.2 Medical Consultation Required
Prior to receiving services, you will undergo a medical consultation with our licensed healthcare provider. You must provide complete and accurate medical history, including current medications, allergies, and health conditions.
3.3 Contraindications
IV therapy services may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to:
- Severe kidney or liver disease
- Active heart failure or severe cardiovascular disease
- Electrolyte imbalances
- Active infections or fever
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (unless specifically approved)
- Known allergies to any infusion components
- Certain medications that may interact with IV therapy
4. Informed Consent and Acknowledgment of Risks
By receiving our services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the potential risks associated with IV therapy, including but not limited to:
- Pain, swelling, or bruising at the injection site
- Infection at the injection site
- Allergic reactions to medications or nutrients
- Vein irritation or phlebitis
- Fluid overload or electrolyte imbalances
- Rare but serious complications including air embolism
You acknowledge that no medical treatment is 100% effective or risk-free, and that individual results may vary.
5. Age Requirements and Restrictions
IV hydration therapy services are provided exclusively to adults who are 18 years of age or older. We do not provide services to anyone under 18 years of age under any circumstances whatsoever. This policy applies regardless of parental consent, guardian authorization, medical necessity, or any other factor. All clients must present valid government-issued photo identification to verify age prior to receiving any services.
6. Payment Terms and Pricing
6.1 Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking the IV hydration appointment unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept debit cards, credit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.
6.2 Pricing
Service prices are clearly displayed and may vary based on the specific therapy, add-ons, and location. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
6.3 Insurance Coverage
Ivy Infusions maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance and general liability insurance coverage. While our services are typically considered elective wellness treatments and may not be covered by personal health insurance plans, payment remains the responsibility of the client regardless of their insurance coverage status.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1 Cancellation Requirements
- Mobile services: 24-hour advance notice required
- In-clinic appointments: 4-hour advance notice required
- Group sessions: 48-hour advance notice required
7.2 Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made outside the required timeframe or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees up to 50% of the service cost.
7.3 Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered. In cases where services cannot be completed due to medical contraindications discovered during consultation, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Ivy Infusions, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your health information in accordance with HIPAA and Florida privacy laws. Your personal and medical information will only be used for treatment purposes and business operations, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent except as required by law.
10. Professional Licensing
All IV therapy services are provided by or under the direct supervision of licensed healthcare professionals, including registered nurses and/or licensed physicians, in accordance with Florida Department of Health regulations and scope of practice requirements.
11. Emergency Procedures
In the event of a medical emergency during treatment, we will immediately contact emergency medical services (911) and provide appropriate first aid and emergency care within our scope of practice. You consent to such emergency treatment and transportation if necessary.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, marketing materials, and proprietary treatment protocols are the intellectual property of Ivy Infusions and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
14. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
